The ENTYVIO Access website is provided to you by IQVIA Solutions Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Ascott Sales Integration Pty Ltd ("Ascott”, "Provider", "we").

The website administers the supply of approved ENTYVIO IV dose schedules not currently reimbursed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS). Under the program, ENTYVIO vials are provided free of charge by Takeda Australia. The website is designed for registered Australian healthcare providers to request access to free-of-charge ENTYVIO doses for eligible adults with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis.

Where you use any service provided on this website, we collect and process personal data that you provide to us to respond to and/or fulfil your requests, or perform our obligations to you. We may also use personal data as may be needed to comply with our legal obligations. Where you provide personal data of others to us, you undertake to ensure that such others have been informed of your disclosure to us, and that their personal data may be processed by us in accordance with this Privacy Notice. We may not be able to provide you responses or services requested if relevant personal data is not collected.

When you visit this website and/or access any content provided on it, we may also automatically collect technical information such as your internet protocol (IP) address, information on how you use this website, and your device and/or advertising identifiers in accordance with the cookie consent preferences you have set.
